Rev. Gina Gile
Rev. Gina Gile arrived in July of 2024. She relocated from Nebraska to Texas to be closer to her family. She grew up in the small town of Fritch located in the Texas Panhandle. Her childhood faith tradition was Southern Baptist and she always felt like she had a call on her life. It wasn’t until she became a member of a United Methodist Church in O’Fallon, Missouri in 1994 that she began the process of actually following God’s call on her life. The process would eventually lead her to enroll in seminary. Since graduating with a Masters of Divinity from Saint Paul School of Theology and being ordained a Full Elder, she has had the pleasure of serving churches in Kansas and Nebraska of the Great Plains Conference.
She has a deep passion for sharing the love and compassion of the Christian life with people from all walks of life. She receives such joy and fulfillment from serving alongside the congregation as they journey together with her in faith, seeking God’s direction. Rev. Gile has been married to her husband, Steve, since 1984. They have two adult daughters: Megan, her husband, JD, and daughter, Mackenzie, live in Houston, Texas. Kaitlin lives in Rosenberg, Texas.
